I am a South African artist, who studied at the Johannesburg School of Art in 1967 majoring in sign writing, but soon turned to fine art as my form of communicating my Art . I am currently based in the picturesque city of Cape Town, surrounded by the magnificent mountain ranges and unrelenting ocean that inspires so much of my work.

I have a passion for painting places that hold special significance in my life. A personal love of nature and wild life inspires much of my work. More recently I have been focusing on the more abstract, inspirational Christian art, but am always faithful to the fine art of still life and scenery which is my first love.
